PiConnect house system “Peka 10” limescale protection
Peka is a water filter system for individual houses, several residential units or for industrial use. Both city and well water can be filtered. When filtering well water, we recommend a previous water analysis in order to be able to optimally adapt the system.
2-4 filter modules can be combined according to your wishes for the best water quality. Contact our service office, we will be happy to advise you!

Without salt tablets, without electricity
The lime filter cartridge uses ceramic granulate with a specially coded surface to set the process of heterogeneous catalysis in motion. A similar process can be observed in nature in mussels and corals.
The tap water flows around the granulate. Small so-called “seed crystals” of a few ten thousandths of a millimeter form automatically on the granulate surface within seconds.
The seed crystals floating in the water are carried into all lines and connected devices. They catch the limescale and this no longer sticks anywhere in the treated water.
The chemical composition of the water is not changed.
Since the minerals are retained in the water, the measured value of TDS devices may not change.
Use: When used with drinking water without coarse sediments, the catalyst granulate lasts approx. 3-5 years. Coarse contamination of the water can clog the surface of the granulate and make it necessary to replace it earlier.
In this case we recommend pre-filtering the water with our basic filter. For optimal quality and maximum service life of the limescale protection filter, the MAUNAWAI® intensive filter should also be connected upstream.
Change interval: approx. 3-5 years, depending on your water quality.
