The WirkSensorik GmbH offers a scientifically recognized method to determine mental and physical quality differences through trained observers in food and raw materials.<\/p>\n
A panel of 11 people who are experienced in describing the emotional and physical effects of food evaluated our samples using the EmpathicFoodTest and a qualitative analysis based on a free description. The results were evaluated statistically.<\/p>\n
The effective sensor method is also of interest to us because it is not only scientifically recognized and carried out by trained employees, but can also demonstrate qualities that a purely chemical analysis cannot deliver, namely the \u201ceffect behind the taste\u201d.
